ravioli de sole

following an episode we saw of market kitchen we decided to cook one of the recipes. aaron craze cooking ravioli de sole looked awesome and actually tasted well nice. maybe we need a little practice on the pasta, but when the egg oozes out - yummy!
peas and ricotta filling 
dollop of filling on the pasta
putting the sunshine in is the tricky part
shallow fried in butter, olive oil and parmesan with some pre-boiled asparagus
cut it open and the sunshine oozes out
